Over the past year Red Snapper Recruitment has accomplished some significant achievements.
To start, we have diversified our portfolio to include a new provision: Managed Services. Our Managed Services is developed to outsource a part of the responsibilities and functions from our client’s business process within an agreed time and cost. We have witnessed this new service grow in demand rapidly, becoming an increasingly popular option for our clients. This new service meets a particular demand from our client base. A demand for service providers to share more risk and to provide a more complex service which does more.
Throughout 2017 we have continued to be the service provider or choice, known as the partnering service provider by our client base which spans the central government, the criminal justice sector and the third sector. These relationships and connections have continued to grow and expand, despite the competitive landscape of the recruitment industry. Our already large candidate database has grown even more, and has enabled us to provide our clients with highly skilled and professional staff.
Despite of and perhaps because of the multitude of recruitment challenges we faced in the past year (Brexit and IR35 are just a couple to mention), we have managed to excel in our market. Our cyber security staffing services division maintains its position as one of the most trusted services on the market. With Acumin Consulting being a premium service provider to End Users, Vendors, SI Consultancies and the UK Public Sector.
