RSG is a business with a purpose. We add value not just by providing value-adding, efficient service but also by providing a continuous programme of innovative social value programmes. Recent examples are mentoring over 100 serving police officers from underrepresented backgrounds to assist them in achieving their first leadership role; the provision of careers talks to over 200 secondary school children from more deprived areas and over 1000 hours of volunteering hours from our staff.
