Legal Guide to Commercial Recruitment
The Red Snapper Group acts as an employment agency (permanent recruitment) and as an employment business (temporary recruitment) – a free and confidential service to candidates.
We provide contingency permanent recruitment services to our clients. This service enables our clients to transfer the financial risk of their recruitment processes the service provider as fees are only paid upon successful outcomes for the end user client.
We provide temporary recruitment services to our clients under the standard ‘contract for services’ where the service provider takes responsibility for all payment and tax issues and the end user client directly supervises the temporary employee.
All job seekers whom we represent go through a thorough vetting process. All job seekers, for each and every work opportunity they are represented by the business for, are asked to confirm they are willing to be represented by the business of the employment opportunity and an audit trail is gathered and stored.
All of our terms and conditions for both employee clients and temporary workers are standard terms issued by our governing body – The Recruitment & Employment Confederation
We pride ourselves or matching and surpassing our commitments under the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and best practice as detailed by the REC code of practice
