Red Snapper Group Performance, Financial year 2013/2014

FY14 saw strategy translate into strong financial performance.  The mantra of ‘the whole is greater than the sum is greater than its parts’ was expressed in genuine interconnectivity between service offerings, to the benefit of all.  

Red Snapper Recruitment yielded a sharp increase in turnover and gross margin from continued growth in market share.  RSR are now established as the primary suppliers of staffing services to the Policing, Probation and related work communities.  Continued growth has been driven by increased brand recognition particularly the association with high levels of compliance and high service standards.  

Red Snapper Media’s acquisition of Police Oracle has enabled RSG to participate further within this community and consequently increase candidate attraction.  This has positively impacted the net profit by lowering overheads such as advertising and administration costs.  These savings have been reinvested into the organisations infrastructure and service delivery mechanisms. 

Red Snapper Learning have built their portfolio significantly within the last year.  With a good breadth of subject matter, a strong technical and delivery team and strengthening balance sheet, the business has a great bedrock to continue to deliver a high quality product and ultimately strong financial returns.
