We’re very proud of our people. The Red Snapper Group has a head count of a little over 30 staff. Our staff retention rates are very high and we believe this is due to a continual commitment to staff development, a flat non authoritative structure and an ongoing commitment to flexible working.
The team is made of a mix of former practitioners drawn from policing, offender management, community safety, and risk and fraud work communities, work entry level employees from school and university and experienced recruitment consultants. All our employees are expected to work towards and qualify in a diploma in recruitment practice.
