Complaints & Whistleblowing
We take complaints and whistleblowing from contractors very seriously. If the complaint has not been resolved by the close of business the following business day, the Case Manager will ensure that a synopsis of the complaint and proposed resolution is recorded and is forwarded to a manager within 24 hours.
The Red Snapper manager will ensure that the complaint (whether ‘resolved’ or ‘unresolved’) is sent to the client company and recorded for management information purposes. Red Snapper will conclude their enquiries within two and a half days and advise the client company of either the complaint conclusion, or forward the details as an unresolved complaint requiring further action.
The synopsis as provided by Red Snapper, addressing all the issues raised and recommend a resolution or if unresolved, suggested actions for resolution.
- Red Snapper will attempt to resolve all complaints within 24 Hours
- If the complaint is unable to be resolved within one working day, the complaint must be escalated to the agreed client contact, within 24 hours, ensuring that all relevant information is forwarded for further action by close of business (17:00) the following day.
- If the complaint has not been resolved, Red Snapper will ensure that a full explanation of the circumstances surrounding the complaint are provided, as well as recommended action.
- Upon receipt of the complaint being referred, the Red Snapper manager must log the complaint and decide as to whether or not the complaint is justified; as well as if Red Snapper have caused the complaint in any way and if lessons can be learnt.
